The 2017 Sensus Reach Conference, scheduled for Oct. 22-25 in Dallas, will feature thought leaders and industry experts who will convene to share best practices, learn from their peers and determine how they can leverage solutions from Sensus and Xylem to transform their infrastructure to improve the lives of their customers.
For those seeking to create the utility of the future, the process begins now. For many, it’s already underway. Utilities across water, gas, electricity and lighting are harnessing smart technology from Sensus to deliver enhanced connectivity for the communities they serve.
Subject matter experts will offer perspective on how solutions for water, gas, electricity and lighting are enabling greater efficiencies for utilities while helping them forge stronger relationships with their customers. Educational content will include sessions on how advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) anchored by the FlexNet communication network is revitalizing utility infrastructure and ushering cities into a new era of smart city connectivity.
“The Sensus Reach Conference has become an invaluable way for utility leaders to learn how they can use technology to move further into the future of smart city infrastructure,” said Eddie Augusto, manager of retail metering for Alectra Utilities and chairman of the Sensus Partner and Advisor Network (SPAN). “With a broad range of educational content geared toward practical implementation and successful outcomes, leaders attending this year’s event will walk away with strategies they can apply in their own communities.”
This year’s event will feature more than 150 sessions including some from other Xylem brands covering analytics, wastewater and water management. The event also features a partner pavilion where attendees can view product demonstrations and talk with subject matter experts.
