Black & Veatch Names Emery as Systems Rehabilitation Leader

Black & Veatch has named Lorne Emery as Systems Rehabilitation Leader within its water business. Based in Toronto, Emery will work with clients throughout North America as they plan and execute improvements to aging linear water infrastructure systems.

Emery’s appointment comes as municipalities across North America are working to address stresses to their systems including changing populations and consumer habits, compliance with environmental regulations related to sewer overflow, and maintaining quality service for customers. Emery has nearly 30 years of experience managing complex infrastructure projects in North America. As a certified Project Management Professional, he will help communities develop integrated infrastructure rehabilitation programs and spot repairs to cost effectively rehabilitate high-risk assets.
