JD7 names Quail vice president

JD7, an Aquam company, has announced that Emma Quail has joined the team as vice president. Quail will be managing the service, sales and distribution of JD7’s pipeline assessment technology across North America.

Prior to joining JD7 in March of this year, Quail spent the last 15 years in the field of non-revenue water (NRW) and pipeline management. As a native of Ireland, she started her career working on a variety of project management based contracts awarded by NIW (Northern Ireland Water) as part of a large capital investment on water mains rehabilitation. During this time, she gained extensive technical and practical expertise in leakage management including pressure management, leak detection and water loss control strategy and practice.
