U.S. Water Alliance To Host One Water Leadership Summit Sept. 23-26

Water, energy, food, and climate all come together at the One Water Leadership Summit in Los Angeles, Sept. 23-26. National leaders from the public and private sectors will make compelling cases on the need for innovative and integrated approaches to managing and sustaining water and strengthening the resiliency of communities. ?
A.G. Kawamura, former California Secretary of Food and Agriculture, Larry Schweiger, President and CEO of the National Wildlife Federation, Jeff Sterba, President and CEO of American Water, and Kathy Freas, Senior Vice President and Global Water Services Team Leader, CH2MHill, and Anne Donker, Senior Economic Officer, Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands will share their insights on water’s most pressing challenges and opportunities.?

The conference is large enough to attract high caliber leadership, but still small enough for attendees to engage directly in the discussions.?Strategic Sidebar Sessions and Roundtable Discussions will involve all participants in the conversation for better solutions.?As always, the Summit allows participants to engage directly in the discussions.??

The City of Los Angeles will also host a??green bus tour??of inspiring local projects that embrace the ?One Water? theme. The final day, Sept. 26, will include an impressive focus on Los Angeles with?water sustainability leaders and planners?from the city and county and surrounding region.
