Pipe Institute, Inc. (PPI) executive director Tony Radoszewski presented Camille George Rubeiz, P.E. with his 10-year service award during PPI’s recent annual membership meeting in St. Pete Beach, Fla. PPI is the major trade association representing all segments of the plastic pipe industry.

Rubeiz is the director of Engineering, Municipal and Industrial Division for PPI. Additionally, he is secretary of the AWWA Standards Council Committee (#263) on Polyolefin Pressure Pipe and Fittings that develops standards (C901, C903, C904, C906) and manuals (M55) and Committee Reports; associate editor of the ASCE Journal of Pipeline Systems Engineering and Practice and is a Board member of BAMI (Buried Asset Management Institute) and MASTT (Mid-Atlantic Society of Trenchless Technology).?
Rubeiz also co-chairs the PPI Municipal Advisory Board which is made up of pipe experts in the municipal water and wastewater industry to advise PPI, municipalities and the industry on research, education and standards as related to HDPE piping systems. Rubeiz is a registered professional engineer in New York; he holds a bachelor?s in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and master?s in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
