Paul Costa, a business development manager who has been with RJN Group, Inc. (RJN) for 10 years, was named an RJN Principal during the firm?s annual strategic business meeting in March.
Costa operates out of RJN?s East Coast offices. Since joining RJN in 2002, he has acted as the business development leader securing several large scale flow metering, sewershed evaluations and SSES projects for RJN with clients such as Baltimore County, the city of Baltimore, Allegheny County Sanitary Authority, Massachusetts Water Resources Authority and the city of Virginia Beach.? In addition to his business development responsibilities, Costa also serves as a technical advisor and project manager on many of RJN?s East Coast projects.
Costa has over 21 years of experience in the engineering field. His experience includes operations and design of water and wastewater treatment facilities.? He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. He then received his Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University. In 2000, he earned his MBA from Northeastern University as well.
