Nu Flow, SPT announce merger

Nu Flow America, a trenchless pipe renewal company for pressurized and non-pressurized systems, recently announced it has entered into a definitive trademark agreement with Specialized Pipe Technologies (SPT) to expand services offered. Both Nu Flow America and Specialized Pipe Technologies are owned by Aquam Corp.

Specialized Pipe Technologies (formerly Specialized Plumbing Technologies) is a provider of sanitary plumbing solutions through investigative, cleaning and epoxy lining technologies. The combined resources, personnel, and technologies from Nu Flow America and Specialized Pipe Technologies reflect SPT’s commitment to service additional state of the art pipe solutions to commercial, industrial, municipal and residential customers throughout North America.
