Civil firm Jones|Carter hires new VP of water, wastewater

Nieves Alfaro, P.E., has joined Jones|Carter as vice president of water and wastewater in Austin, Texas. With more than 25 years of experience, Nieves has extensive knowledge of civil, tunnel and environmental engineering. He is also adept in all phases of infrastructure projects for municipalities and water authorities in addition to coordinating with local and state agencies.
