DC Water announced recently that it has named Matthew Brown as its new chief financial officer (CFO). Brown has been serving as the director of the Office of Budget and Finance for the District of Columbia since January 2015 and as the DC Water Chairman of the Board since 2015. He will begin in the CFO position in September.
