Columbia, S.C., Agrees to $750 Million in Sewer Upgrades

The Department of Justice, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) announced last month a proposed settlement with the City of Columbia to resolve violations of the Clean Water Act.
