The Water Design-Build Council (WDBC) members have unanimously elected Andrew Albrecht to serve as president for 2014. Albrecht is a senior vice president with Parsons Corp. (Parsons), with more than 25 years of hands-on construction management experience, including design-build and construction management-at-risk delivery. Albrecht currently leads Parsons’ construction sales efforts, focusing on at-risk water and infrastructure pursuits throughout North America.
Albrecht, who previously served as 1st?vice president and treasurer, succeeds WDBC’s 2013 president, Patrick Gallagher, vice president with CDM Smith. On behalf of all WDBC members, Albrecht expressed the collective appreciation to Gallagher for his outstanding leadership and service to WDBC during the year.
