Azuria Water Solutions and Inframark announced this week that the two companies will be combining businesses to form a leading, independent water solutions and services platform.
With anticipated revenue of more than $2 billion and more than 6,000 employees, the combination will better serve customers and create more career opportunities for employees, a press release stated.
Together, Azuria and Inframark will offer customers access to a unique end-to-end suite of solutions and technologies. The companies said they expect the combination to be complete by the end of 2025 or early 2026; in the meantime, the companies will continue operating independently.
